Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Reconciled helps you work through relationship friction together. These terms explain the service and your responsibilities.
Using Reconciled
Reconciled is provided by HH EDTECH LTD. You must be at least 18 to use it. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information and only link with a partner who agrees to participate.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the monitored support@reconciled.today.
Not therapy or crisis support
Reconciled is not counselling, therapy, a medical service or crisis support. It does not diagnose conditions or replace a qualified professional. AI-generated profiles, guidance and reports may be incomplete or incorrect; use your own judgement and do not rely on them for medical, legal or safety decisions.
The service is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger in the UK, call 999. Seek appropriate professional or specialist support if you are concerned about abuse, coercion or your safety. Do not use shared exercises if doing so would put you at risk.
Apple subscriptions
Premium is offered as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The App Store displays the current price, currency, billing period and any offer terms before you confirm. Apple bills your Apple Account. One subscription provides premium access for its owner and their currently linked partner.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Reconciled.
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues for the remaining paid period, subject to Apple’s terms and any refund. Deleting your Reconciled account, removing the app or unlinking a partner does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests and billing issues for iOS purchases are handled by Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Use Restore purchases in the app if you need to reconnect a valid Apple purchase. Your subscription remains with the account that owns it after unlinking; a former partner loses shared access. Existing website subscriptions remain subject to their website billing arrangements and are not cancelled through Apple Settings.
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where applicable. These terms do not take away mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Your content and shared information
You remain responsible for the information you submit. You allow us to process it as needed to provide the features you request, including generating profiles and reports and sharing the appropriate outputs with your linked partner. Our Privacy Policy explains that processing and the limits of private and shared content.
Do not submit content that you have no right to use. Be aware that information already read or saved by a partner cannot be recalled simply by deleting an account or unlinking.
Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, coerce, stalk or abuse anyone through the service.
- Do not impersonate another person, access their account without permission or link accounts without consent.
- Do not submit unlawful content or disclose another person’s private or sensitive information without permission.
- Do not try to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software or misuse subscription verification.
- Do not use Reconciled to monitor or control a partner.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, unlawful activity or security risks. Contact support if you believe an access decision is mistaken.
Availability, changes and responsibility
We aim to keep Reconciled available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free AI output. Features may change and occasional maintenance may be needed. Material changes affecting a paid service will be handled in accordance with applicable law and consumer rights.
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights. You are responsible for your decisions and for using the service safely.
Ending use and governing law
You can stop using Reconciled and delete your account in the app’s Settings. Shared data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy; remember to cancel any subscription separately.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to bring a claim in another court or provides protections that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms. We will communicate material changes where required, and the last updated date is shown above.
